With more than 25 years of research experience and over 110 million customer experience surveys, SMG was looking to leverage their extensive database of authentic customer feedback to power a review community that would free their clients from the biased restraints of traditional review sites.
Working closely with Trumpet Ratings’ IT team, Moncur developed custom website software and system architecture that would serve visitors with real-time authentic reviews for their favorite local businesses. In addition to working with SMG's complex data structure, Moncur designed and built an intuitive and engaging interface that would make it easy for users to explore the site. We deployed geo-targeting technology that would identify user location and display reviews relevant to each unique visitor. We developed individual business location pages that would optimize well on their own, as well as for larger review aggregate sites. As a final step, we developed an API and external site widget that allow Trumpet customers to easily integrate review data with their own corporate websites.
The end result? More data, better reviews, and a more accurate representation of customer sentiment for brands and buyers alike.
