Executive Creative Director
As executive creative director, Heather is charged with leading the creative team in transforming challenging subjects into powerful and easy-to-understand concepts. From consultation to finished product, she works tirelessly to invent new ways to communicate a client's message, and achieves exceptional results for a wide variety of clients.
Heather brings 20 years of creative expertise in building national brands with award-winning strategy and creative in the following media: interactive, collateral, event marketing, radio, print and broadcast. Heather holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Central Michigan University School of Art & Design. Prior to joining Moncur, she spearheaded creative campaigns at J. Walter Thompson, Duffey Petrosky and Fahlgren. Her agency work included creative development and implementation for clients that include, Roush, Celestial Seasonings, Ford Motor Company, Volvo, Visteon, Corian, and Owens Corning.
Heather is that unique creative talent who has mastered the ability to excite the left brain, impassion the right brain and control them both simultaneously, inspiring confidence in clients and staff alike.
